On April 26, the new chemical product launch and technical exchange meeting of the new show was held, and the plastic industry media from all over the country gathered together.

At the press conference, Cai Zhiqi, Deputy General Manager and R&D Director of New Star Chemical, introduced the company's five characteristic products:

1. Plastisol 5566 is a high-efficiency light stabilizer for polyurethane, which is suitable for all types of polyurethane products, especially for TPU. Its advantages are: low initial yellowness, good color fastness to aging, excellent processability and synergy.

2. Plastogel 900 is a functional masterbatch of aqueous solution with PP as carrier. It can reduce the VOC of the modified polyolefin products and meet the strict requirements of the automobile factory on the VOC of the assembly in VDA 276 and the odor removal in VDA 270.

3. Plastisol 5513 is a liquid low-alkali hindered amine light stabilizer, which can be widely used in plastics, rubber, polyurethane, TPE, coatings, adhesives and other fields, especially in acid systems.

4. Plastozen 5591 is a new multifunctional hindered amine nylon additive. Due to its unique molecular structure, it can withstand the reducing environment of nylon melt, and plays the role of melt stabilizer and processing modifier, which makes nylon injection molding parts, blow molding parts and extrusion products of good quality. In the application of fiber spinning, it has a low wire breakage rate, enhances long-term heat stabilizer and light stabilizer, and enhances the affinity of dyes.

5. As a new type of light stabilizer and high efficiency polypropylene weatherproof additive, Plastozen 5593 provides long-term weatherproof protection for PP interior and exterior trim parts of household appliances and automobiles, and solves the problems of agglomeration, surface precipitation and whitening of low molecular weight HALS products with PP as carrier during transportation and storage.

All products of SUNSHOW Chemical have passed REACH (European Union Chemical Management) and ROHS (SGS) certification, so that the materials can meet the requirements of SAE-J1860, VW-PV3900E and other standards.
