At the signing ceremony, Bian Zhiqiang, Director of the Xiaoxian Science and Technology Bureau, and Liu Chunpu, Deputy Director, introduced the support and advantages of Xiaoxian in accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, strengthening policy incentives for enterprises, improving the business environment, attracting talents and talents, and promoting the construction of scientific and technological innovation platforms. They hoped to attract more talents and enterprises to settle in Xiaoxian and promote its rapid economic development. Sheng Kai, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone, introduced different industrial clusters such as anti-corrosion coating bases, leather manufacturing bases, and chemical parks in the development zone, supporting the construction of enterprise innovation platforms and empowering high-quality development.

Wang Ke, Chairman of Anhui SUNSHOW Chemical Co., Ltd., introduced the company's scale, enterprise development, construction of pilot platforms, and talent needs. Liang Yongmin, Dean of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Lanzhou University, gave a comprehensive introduction to the basic situation of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, the establishment and development goals of the joint laboratory. In recent years, the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering has achieved remarkable results in basic research, talent cultivation, and achievement transformation. It is hoped that both sides will take the opportunity of "joint laboratories" to deepen multi form and deep level school enterprise cooperation, serve the local economy, and promote industrial upgrading.

Du Pengcheng and Zhang Xiuxiu, on behalf of Lanzhou University and Anhui SUNSHOW Chemical Co., Ltd., respectively, signed a joint laboratory cooperation agreement between Lanzhou University and Anhui SUNSHOW Chemical Co., Ltd.

The establishment of the joint laboratory will undoubtedly promote Anhui SUNSHOW Chemical Co., Ltd. to attract more talents, accelerate the construction of new product research and development and scientific and technological achievement transformation pilot bases, comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, and promote the pace of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation in Xiaoxian.
